I didn't think they'd find enough to fill a 2nd season..
But boy they did. It's a great show, perfect pace, and in the end you
feel like you were just made a part of a town, as if you live there,
but observing what's been happening. There is very little "nah" moments
where you think "should have done that" or "that can't be", so it's
realistic, true and life-like. Lead actor/actress duo is amazing, you
almost wish they end up together.
We need more shows like this.
I feel like if this was a US made show, we'd see a lot more sex, a lot more violence, and a whole lot more of the boy's dead body and gruesome images and trying to jerk tears. I think UK is doing a great job with moderation and perfect balance in their shows. Sherlock, Doctor Who, Escape Artist, and now this show, great job UK.
