I just finished this on Netflix and loved it. All I could find from googling was that a third season has started filming but there's no release date? Has anyone read something more definitive? I can't wait for more
shareThe filming dates for series 3 were almost parallel to those for series 2 -- that is, end of May to mid-October. So if history repeats itself, BC3 may start airing in early January.
However, there has been no word from ITV or the production company as to actual dates. They didn't confirm series 2's dates until 3.5 weeks before the first episode went out.
Ahhh gotcha thank you! And I'm assuming Netflix doesn't get them until months later? I live in the US so I don't get BBC obviously. Sounds like it's gonna have to be a "keep checking until it shows up" situation haha.
The show airs in the U.S. on the BBCAmerica channel which is usually part of most basic cable/satellite packages.

It aired on BBC America, even though it's not a BBC production. It's an ITV production.
