No there are no copies. Every painting is unique and there has not been any forgeries. I just hate when people create goofs in movies where there is not. "Van Gogh depicted the view at different times of day and under various weather conditions, including sunrise, moonrise, sunshine-filled days, overcast days, windy days, and one day with rain."(Wikipedia) And how many versions has Van Gogh done about sunflowers and how many forgeries there is made from these paintings.
So it is possible that this version of Starry Night is forgery, undiscovered copy which Van Gogh made in asylum, but gave or trade it with doctor/nurse/guardian to get drugs/alcohol/paints and canvas and is kept as a family heirloom or possibly thought to be forgery and thus not revealed to anyone.
Also it has been said that New York has best pizzas in the world so this is reference that this painting has been brought to high ranking Boov as an unique/rare delicacy (caviar/Maine lobster/Kobe beef) or it is just a reference that you can eat pizza/Kobe beef/sushi etc outside their native area and they have done multiple copies and Starry Night meal can be eat anywhere.
Being in Paris Mona Lisa painting as a food might have been too harsh. If Boov can relocate over 7 billion people in a jiffy then they can bring Starry Night from New York to Paris without a sweat.
