LOL, that was so random and stupid, but hilarious that the writers put it in there. I loved when she was on the phone with Morgan, and she was like, "wait, her name is Chloe (when she pronounced it the right way)?! Oh, Mindy. 

Especially since she likes to pretend her name is Chloe Silverado... Haha *smh*

She probably thought it spelled like Khloe like Kim K's sister.
