Wow, the funny is back !

The last episode about her trying to put her finances in order reminded of why I started watching this show in the first. I miss the Mindy who was single. I hadn't even realized how not-that-funny the show was while she was dating Danny. I hope the show continues on this route. Keep Mindy single or at least very short term relationships.

It was definitely an improvement (mostly for lack of Danny), but Jodie continues to stick out like a sore thumb. Maybe it is even getting worse.
I liked Mindy's and Jeremy's ex' shenenigans, but kept wondering why she never gave a thought to who was going to watch Leo as she went out night after night. Are they going to phase the kid out?

Hahaha! I was wondering the exact same thing. Who's watching that baby? If they do end of phasing out the kid, I don't think it will be a bad thing. In fact, Leo's probably a hinderance to a lot of really great plots they could explore. The writers could just say that Danny took him to California to meet his grandfather and decided to stay. I'm pretty sure the viewers won't mind :)

Also, me too, I really enjoyed the relationship between Mindy and Jeremy's ex-girlfriend. They were great together and very funny!

Just a little note about Danny: I actually liked the character until they made him into a jerk. I understand they probably had to do that in order to phase out the character but the more dramatic episodes when Mindy and he were having issues were kind of a drag to watch. I watch sitcoms like this to laugh and not to think about life and other people's failed relationships.

The baby kind of disappeared - which is weird. Not for TV (babies just aren't that interesting or funny) but for the plotline.
