Why no Emmy nominations??

In all of this shows seasons especially on Fox, the writing, direction, production and some of the acting is so good. How could it be that this show has never been recognized outside of one Emmy nomination for costume design?? I can't help but wonder if it's because the lead is not a typical white or black actress?

Good Question.i love the mindy protect....so why no emmys??:)

The Mindy Project was nominated last year for best Costume Makings in the Emmys.

At least one Emmy nomination for this show on the costume design is good enough, jczgal.
