He's a terrible actor and the character is so unreal and so not right for Mindy. I'm in Canada so I've only seen the first five eps someone pls tell me they break up

They do. Thankfully. I'd much rather her end up with Jody, or another more interesting guy. NOT hook up with another Ex. Unless it's Danny. But I have a feeling that's the end of the show - her getting back with Danny. Not that the show would be bad at that point. But that it will be the actual ENDING for the show. I think they will leave us with Mindy and Danny together with their son - as a functioning family when they decide to end the series.

But yes, out of all her suitors, Ben ranks at the bottom.

I was just rewatching this. The character has "temporary boyfriend" written all over him. He's obviously supposed to be the transition between Danny and whoever better shows up to be "the one."
