Why do they get rid of so many of their good stars? The 2 women receptionists(?) from season 1, Peter, Danny, etc. It seems like they have a revolving door of characters constantly leaving and new ones joining.

The show is still amazing, but it was in its heyday around seasons 2 and 3 when they had Danny, Peter, Betsy, Tamra, etc. all together. The focus is supposed to be on Mindy so I've forced myself not to get too comfortable with any character.

This is an environment of welcoming, and you should just get the hell out of here-Michael Scott

I know now it is right not to forced getting too comfortable with any character, but, at the same time, you don't need to overdo the focus on Mindy all the time because we don't want to lack too much chemistry in this show completely.

A lot left to do bigger and better things (supposedly.) Pretty much everyone left for movie roles, including most of the female friends in season 1 and Chris Messina. I know it's not Kaling's fault, but I miss all the ladies of the show!
