He's credited as "Ted", but I don't remember a character by that name--though it's been a little while since I watched the movie.
At first I thought maybe he was the pilot in the kite-flying group, but that character is named Josh.
It seems odd that he would be so highly credited if his scenes aren't in the movie--they usually note that on IMDb.
