So happy to be wrong

The way the movie industry has been going for the last several years, ESPECIALLY when it comes to Disney, I really thought we'd seen the last of movies like this: Smart, funny, touching, and with a broad appeal to adults and children alike. I felt like the first Inside Out was probably the last of its kind, and dreaded this would be yet another woke disaster that retroactively killed a franchise.

I'm so glad that this film proved me wrong. It's nice to see that it can still be done, that some of the magic is still there. Here's hoping the team behind this one can move on to create a new franchise that harkens back to the Pixar glory days of Toy Story, Wall-E, Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo and others.
