so he indirectly killed the 3 people in the restaurant. If he had stood up for himself, benson wouldn't have gone through the rampage. Then he directly caused the death of the VP of the elementary school, by bringing the killer to the school for his sad little story. He had blinded one eye of his elementary teacher, and now probably permanently traumatized her with that joy ride. She was perfectly fine before he showed up.
