Universal Movie review on IMDB has a missing scene

On a "Universal Pictures" review on IMDB, it states the following:

Tim then uses his power to create the perfect romantic proposal, to save his wedding from the worst best-man speeches, to save his best friend from professional disaster and to get his pregnant wife to the hospital in time for the birth of their daughter, despite a nasty traffic jam outside Abbey Road.

I don't remember time-travel being used to "get his wife to the hospital". This must be a deleted-scene. I just re-watched it and the birth scene immediately cuts to the baby already born in the hospital (or "in hospital" as they would say in London LOL). Also, as for "saving his best friend from professional disaster", that was not his best friend, it was his roommate. I have to question who wrote this review !!??
