kind of pathetic that...

Now I'm not a Sandler hater, I grew up as a teen in the 90's so I have a love for that particular cast of SNL. That being said, I am more than aware that Sandler(and all the others) have made some downright terrible movies that are impossible to defend. At the same time I can enjoy the dumb comedy of Happy Madison productions if the movie is at least descent. That being said...

And keep in mind that even if you don't like these people they've all worked for years at SNL or on comedy projects, so they have at least a rudimentary understanding of comedy(or at least they should)

I find it downright pathetic that with a cast that includes Sandler, Spade, Rock, James, Colin Quinn, Cheri O'Teri, Steve Buscemi, Tim Meadows, Maya Rudolph, and Nick Swardson that friggin Shaquille O'neal was argueably the funniest performance. Don't get me wrong it wasn't a laughfest by any means, but he's the ONLY one that made me chuckle in this whole mess of a movie(which in my opinion isn't a movie but rather a BLATANT excuse for Sandler to work with all his friends again). And it's not like there's something wrong with wanting to work with your friends, but for funk's sake pick a better script...and leave out the emo werewolf frat kid.

and what was the point of the Andy Samberg cameo? you couldn't have picked a better/actually funny cameo for him? maybe sandler's cousin or something who has a FUNNY LINE OR TWO, maybe at the party or something like that.

(fav sandler movies... Reign Over Me, Happy Gilmore, Wedding Singer (huge fan of both Airheads and Shakes the Clown, but those aren't really Sandler films)

Current kick: Sports Night

A. Samberg is not now, nor was he ever funny or talented. B. Snl with this cast was not funny, so there's no surprises here. C. This movie was atrocious. The first one was cute, this was flatulence
