Adam Sandler just keeps making the same movie

Can we all agree, he has the same beginning either being a flashback, or just him being a total retard. The whole movie has no plot what-so-ever, Then ends with an extreme ending, but somehow makes impossible possible. He casts the same people and goes to one of either two directors, casts all his friends and people who cant act. Leading to him producing movies starring his friends making someone with a crap job making them sound cool, but is absolutely horrible, (Paul Blart, Zookeeper, Bucky Larson and soon Valet guys). He was good on SNL, where he got lucky, but he just cannot act. He even always casts his wife and kids.

Before you know it, hes going to make movies starring each of his kids. That or they become Disney Stars.

And I stopped paying to see them long ago. Why hasn't every one? Why do thy keep making money? Stuff like Billy Madison got my cash but eventually I learned. Why hasn't anyone else?

Same, I stopped just after Click. Only one I liked was Happy Gilmore.

They're cheap to make and dish out. And for whatever reason, they usually turn a profit because people are stupid and find idiotic humor to be funny.

I gotta start by saying I'm not defending this or any of Sandler's movies. There are some I chuckle at and some I downright loathe. As someone else pointed out they are cheap to make and turn a profit, because (like me when I was that age, when madison, gilmore, wed sing came out) 14- 16 year old kids like to go on the weekend and see that humor.

And really can you knock Sandler for it? He's a stand up who shined on SNL, was handed the ball, showed that he can turn a profit with that comedy and made it huge. You have a point, he can't act, but look at his bank account he doesn't have to if he doesn't want to. He tried, people didn't like it so why not bo back to making the things you know you'll make money on.

And the nepetism and working with friends, really? How many directors, writers, actors do the same exact thing? Why not try to surround yourself with your friends and those you're comfortable with? He knows he's not producing any oscar winners, so why not try to have fun on the set? It's not like he's Kevin Smith giving his wife a chunk of lines or main role, sandler's wife is rarely any thing more than a cameo.

Again I'm not a Sandler lover nor hater, there was a time I found (some of those) movies to be funny, and I can't knock the guy for doing whatever he wants, he just wont get my ten bucks.

Even Madison Gilmore and Wed Singer were miles further in humor/effort than what he's been shoveling out for years.

Can you blame him? No. Do we have to like or respect it? Hell no.

^^^that's what I'm saying. Like he gives a shat that a bunch of haters can't stand his humor, he gets to live a super plush life and constantly work with his friend and family off the cash of teens and stoners.

I have to say Jack and Jill was the worst where he played a woman.. Bad flick.
