Besides Vera's(Norma) and Nestor's (Alex) Chemistry........

I know the Normero thing was strong, but , guess if anyone was as astonished as I was watching the last S4 scenes with Freddy (Norman) and Nestor (Alex) . Will it be an epic battle between these two until the end? If the end it's supposed to be different... which one survives ?? or they will kill each other ...??

Romero will die. I dont think norman will die. He will probably end up being sent to the mental hospital like the movie

Norman may die too, but I can't see any way Romero won't die first.

Agreed. Norman and Romero probably like 2 standalone scenes for the entire series leading up to their late Season 4 confrontations. And every confrontation was riveting, featuring tremendous acting by Highmore and Carbonell.

My guess was that Romero was going to jail, but yea! I have a big crush on him and love his acting, so I'm hoping to see lots more of the Sheriff.

I believe we will definitely be seeing rivalry moments grow between Norman and Alex next season. Surely they won't keep him in jail; that would be boring.

Romero will be killed by Norman in Mother's clothes, that is what I think will happen. Poor, poor Alex 

Could happen, Romero might investigate the house a la Arbogast in Psycho. But.... Norman is going to have to catch Romero by surprise to kill him (like his character did to Arbogast in the movie), because I have a hard time seeing Romero being taken down by Norman in a man-to-man battle.

Alex is going to see "Norma" sitting beside her bedroom window. He'll go into the house to investigate, and Mother will kill him.

Norman can't die it's a prequel series that'd be like Clark Kent dying in the last episode of Smallville or King Arthur dying in the last episode of Merlin... ... Oh wait...

Yeah I know. It was a rethorical question . Prequel lasted 4 seasons, Season 5 will be Psycho version , the movie itself, streeeeeeeetched in 10 episodes. I agreed with you, Norman is not going to die , but if there is other version, other possibilities, naah, he is'nt dying

Season 5 will be all about Alex vs Norman and the Psycho plot leading up to Alex finally catching Norman and getting revenge for Norma by sending him away for good.

I'm just speculating. But i'm thinking that's the way it'll go. Alex won't be Sheriff anymore and will be unhinged, looking to take down Norman. Hopefully. I'm looking forward to it.

I am looking forward to what happens with Alex, too. Obviously we know he's going to be hell-bent on proving to everyone that Norman killed Norma. He'll be with Norman like Liz Babbit (the DEA woman) was with him, and gain any evidence possible to get Norman institutionalized.
