Over the Moon for Escobar, El patrón del mal & Andrés Parra!

I LOVED Narcos but I am over the moon for Escobar, El patrón del mal & I simply adore Andrés Parra! 😍(I also love all of Pablo's sidekicks, namely, Marino, Pedro Motoa, Mariachi, Chile, Fabio, Pablo's mother, Cousin Gonzalo, Paluche & Pablo's wife, Paty! But, Andrés is my new favorite actor! I've searched Tivo, Netflix, Amazon & Hulu to find any show or movie that he might be in, no matter how small a role! I'm now on my second viewing of Escobar, El patrón del mal! I have absolutely no problem with the subtitles & my high school Spanish has improved tenfold! The best acting I've ever seen in my life was when Pablo discovered that his family was in the Monaco building when it was bombed! Andrés' acting was as good as anything I've seen in the Godfather or any other all time great movie, bar none!

Omg!! I know exactly what you mean I was on Netflix with nothing to watch and decided to watch I don't know why because I didn't even know who Pablo Escobar was. Three episodes into the show I'm mesmerized I can't stop watching. I'm in love with the Paty character and I'm actually liking the marriage story telling. The show is in Spanish which I dont understand but I don't mind the subtitles this show is so well written and beautiful acting all around. I have two episodes left and can't bring myself to watch them because I don't want this story to end. Pablo was very very bad but I love he loves his family I can't understand why he always cheated on his wife she was nothing but faithful and good to him from what I've seen in the show. This show is really amazing everyone deserves a big hand the acting the writing and production all of them.

I know, isn't it/he great? I hear you on the Spanish, too. Regularly watch movies in the language to improve/keep up my Spanish. And I have NEVER come across such wonderfully done subtitles. I mean you can watch it with SPANISH subtitles on the screen and the translations actually match up 98% of the time!!! Love it. Cannot watch just one!!!

I don't know Spanish either and after watching Gran Hotel, El Internado, En Slava Blanca, I decided to try drug trafficking programs on Netflix. After watching Kate Del Castillo's programs I tried El Cartel 1 and 2 - loved them and now loving El Patron. Andres Parra is in El Cartel 1 and 2 and plays a very different character. I tried to watch Narcos but couldn't get into it with the background storytelling. I may try again though.
