Decent idea, badly executed
The basic plot of the three soldiers trapped in no man's land is reasonably suspenseful.
But the appallingly larded on sentimentality about the wife back home makes it almost unwatchable.
Plus the ridiculous 'Braustralian' accents. The Australian army fought on the western front so why wasn't this film actually about Australian soldiers, instead of getting Aussies to pretend to be British by putting on dodgy accents?
