Any explanation on why she has a British accent?
She's supposed to be British but had been to America where she met Jackson. As far as I understand it. She's had troubles with her father and, I'm not sure if she went to America to get away from him or what, but I believe she met Jackson there, they fell in love and were married, then he changed his name in trying to get away from his past woes and they both escaped to Britain.
