Getting quieter.

Will be sad when peeps no longer post here.

Do return some years in the future to assess this show after a new generation of TV has come and gone.

I was the last to turn out the lights on another website. It was a poetry site. I was writing a praise poem to our fearless leader. He had visited the te a few days earlier, and probably never read the thing. We'd just missed each other. It was like walking through a cemetery.

I archived as much as I could of most the member' poems before the servers were shut down, should anyone not have copied their work and want it. I hope someone is archiving some of the post here.

I hope a few of you stick around to comment now and then.

Even you, sign_in.

It's been a trip. Wouldn't have missed it for the world.

Hi prairie. You're right, it is getting quieter. This is a good board and I will pop in occasionally and hope others do too. I plan on buying the blu ray of Rectify as soon as it's available.

ill always be around, in some capacity or another,
hopefully once season 4 comes on netflix more and more will watch it,
and there will always be new users who need help or a little philosophical guidance,
until i get banned

I have a feeling Sign In has been banned. And many of his posts deleted, which is the reason for the Teddy thread disappearing. Not sure why; he didn't appear to have said anything worse than he'd been saying. But maybe someone reported him one too many times.....

the curious thing i find about sign, is the age of the account
usually trolls are young accounts,
although is he is banned it must be temporary, because he account is still visible, and he posted like 4 days ago

It was a thread discussing Teddy's redemption, but I don't recall it being contentious. Then again, I may have missed something. One day it just disappeared.

If someone doesn't start a new one, I may have to :)

Lol, I don't know why you keep bringing up Tawney's Christianity in regard to her cheating:

In Biblical times marital infidelity had zero to do with feelings, love or romance. It was a property crime (with the wife as property). It was akin to someone graffitying your fence, or you being the fence allowing yourself to get graffitied in the case of a woman. It also referred strictly to PIV sexual intercourse. There was no such thing as emotional infidelity at the time, seeing as there was no romance involved in the property act of marriage.

According to Christian rules - Tawney's in the clear on adultery charges.

Who actually uses the traditional vows these days? Doesn't everyone write their own?

Tawney appears to be Southern Baptist. I think their marriage vows would be very traditional, but being human they would probably find them difficult to live up to at times.

Tawney was blindsided by the power of Daniel's charisma, sign. It's not her fault.

the psychologically addictive properties, and withdrawal effects mirror the
physical effects of heroin,
i guess that would make this board, NA/a methadone clinic, (method one acting clinic, drink up your special acting juice tobias)

Definitely getting quieter I was hoping for more post show discussion but it really seems to have dropped off around here.

i make sure i pop in a few times a day, i assume there will be a huge boost when season 4 hits american netflix

I believe you're right about when season 4 is added to Netflix. I think I will watch it all again when Netflix has all the seasons. Maybe I'll binge watch it, idk.

I remember watching this when it first aired, season 1 at least. I watched all the way through season 3 and then it sort of just slipped out of my head until today. Im gonna be starting season 4 this evening.

I finished watching the Final Season on Sunday; extremely emotional and tense throughout. Very well done, however, I still wish there was more coming.

i wouldn't mind a "five years later season" or 2.5 hour special(without the commercials), just to as a sorta reunion,

just have Chloe die or something and have Daniel adopt the little baby Gelato
