Rollercoaster ride

I don't know if I've ever seen a sitcom that can go from hilarious episodes to episodes where I barely crack a smile. I can say I'd rather watch a show like this where the good lines aren't good, they're off the charts hilarious, but sometimes dealing with a dud episode, than watching a consistently mildly amusing show. I can deal with some letdown if the highs are this good. I hope it keeps going. I find the show a little different than the cookie cutter sitcoms that regurgitate the same material all the time and that carries a lot of weight for me.

Thats why I love the show. Its very kooky and oddball, much different than most sitcoms currently on television, which feel like they are all trying to copy each other.

And thats why The Neighbors was doomed from the start. Its too different and unique and I think that confuses most tv viewers who want the same 'ol bs they are used to.

Having said that, you are right. I have never seen an "okay" episode of The Neighbors. Its either "gold" or "crap." No middle ground.

Dude, you're like a broken record. Matter of fact, I take that back; a broken record at least makes more than one noise occasionally.

You are obviously a midget with a small penis if your idea of fun is (badly) trolling an Imdb message board for a family sitcom.

Please, go jump off a bridge or something. I can almost guarantee nobody in your life will miss you.

Simply says, "And thats why The Neighbors was doomed from the start. Its too different and unique and I think that confuses most tv viewers who want the same 'ol bs they are used to."

I can agree with that. A different kind of comedy was Men of a Certain Age which I felt was smart and quite funny. It didn't last long. Meanwhile garbage like Two and a Half Men lasts forever.
