Got renewed for a 4th season along with 2 new show by Kevin Smitn including a hollywood babble on show

Good news. Ming is probably doing cartwheels. *L*

The second half of Season 3 has been alright. There was nothing as cringe-worthy as, say , the storage locker auction episode of the season's first half. Many of the latest episodes have been positive and upbeat, including a nice charity event and the explanation of the CGC process. They have been enjoyable episodes, but also still ultimately lacking, due to the half hour constraints making the show feel too rushed.

Pathetic that viewers have to endure another season of the cast's racist thuggery towards Ming.

I can't recall any time where they made fun of him for being asian, only for being short or not knowing as much about comics as the rest (or something else that has nothing to do with being asian)

They make fun of Ming because, quite frankly, he is a goofball, albeit an endearing one. If you listen to their podcasts, they have even stood up for Ming, refusing to bow to the early producers' wishes to make Ming the butt of a practical joke.

They mess with Ming, but in a way that only friends can and do.

No one has to endure anything. If viewers don't like it they can change the channel. If Ming doesn't like it he can quit his job.

I loved the storage locker episode simply because of the last scene where they lined up the long boxes and Walt kept hoping for there to be comics in each one and he kept saying "show me the comics!" and there was nothing but trash each time. All scripted of course but still hilarious.

It wasn't scripted. There are no writers on Comic Book Men. Also, that was much more real than Storage Wars in which they happen to find one really out there high ticket item in every locker. Then, it just so happens that they have a friend who is an expert in that item.

Best news I've heard all day.

Walt has mentioned a brilliant idea he had for a bit on the show... I can't wait to see it. It's so good I don't even want to mention it and spoil the surprise for others. I hope we get to see it .
