Is the place where they open their shop, the same location that was used for the front on Breaking Bad where Walt & Co. worked with the extermination company?? The exteriors look just alike from memory. If this is true, it'd seem that the location and casting of Jonathan Banks was a nice nod.

No. All 'Breaking Bad' was shot in ABQ (New Mexico) .... All 'Horrible Bosses 2' was filmed in the Los Angeles area. In any case, another nod to 'Breaking Bad' (remember back to the last minutes of the finale) was the retro use of a 'Badcompany' song in the movie.
