if you remember when bruce is packing those pills before the fight and he is checking that timer.

im assuming the pills are some sort of drug that reduces your heart rate to near death so the body is barely still alive. so bruce timed it perfectly so he knew he had a certain amount of time to defeat superman before the pill kicks in.

the monitor showing the heart beat i think was a visual representation of what superman could hear with his superhearing as no one else would be able to hear it except for him.

so superman knew bruce was still alive but probably guessed that bruce was planning to go into hiding and wont be causing any trouble for the government anymore and is happy to let him carry on doing what hes doing as long as they dont cross each other.

as for the wink, he can see through cloth so he would have known it was robin from their fight
