Very excited for this movie
To anyone who has seen it, how is it?
What is the diversity and inclusion situation?
Are there any characters or themes that feel shoehorned in?
Diversity and inclusion is non-existent. It's far from a woke movie.
As for the rest, to repeat something I just posted in another thread:
It was pretty good. The attention to detail in recreating the time period was very impressive. The cast and performances were also great.
I did, however, think it was a bit slow and, narratively, not always super compelling. It's a film that is more about vibe than plot.
I do appreciate that it was something new and original and not a movie that I feel like I've seen a thousand times before.
