Over-under that they get together at the end?

Let's see, lit like a sitcom, attractive actors, generic chick flick set up. Can't rock the heteronormality boat too much now can you? Saw another post on this board talking about how "disgusting" a one night stand is. Ironically, movies like this are made for people like that, just titillating enough to peak their interest but definitely not ballsy enough to suggest that anything functional exists outside their comfortable little monogamous relationship paradigm.

Why are you using a sports term when you don't understand what it means? You can't ask over/under if the answer is a yes or no.

It's a gambling term. And yes you can ask over/under on a yes or no. It just makes it a binomial distribution rather than a hypergeometric one (which is more common in sports). What are the odds that they get together at the end of the movie?

Hmmm.. not sure about odds either..

but I would say, 80% chance they get together.

20% chance the movie goes for a cool alternative, 'we are so compatible but the timing is not good' kind of sad ending.
