Brilliantly Funny and Gory

Just watched this film last night at Frightfest, and I must say I was delighted to find the darkest gory comedy I've seen in a long while. A must-watch for any horror fan.

The only let down was some of the special effects, but having said that, most of them were wicked. And the gore, and the guts, and the blood splattering... just amazing.

Hopefully, it'll be playing at the Dublin Horrorthon this October and I'm looking forward to seeing it. I also wish Conor all the best with it, he's a lovely fella and hopefully this will gain him more recognition and get him more work.
Thanks for your thoughts.

"Hey, look at that! She's not crazy, she's being chased by a cheetah!"

I saw the film at this years Fantasy Filmfest in Stuttgart, Germany. Conor was also there and he was amazing! Such a funny guy. And i have to say, i was very skeptical since i don't like Bad Meat. But Stitches is so much fun. It's incredibly funny, the death sequences are original and the story works for what it wants to be. I really had a good time.

Watched this last night at Grimmfest in Manchester. Insanely funny and gory. Sort of like if Captain Spaulding met the Funny Man!!! Highly recommended.

Hubby just watched it on DVD. I hate clowns so I gave it a miss. But twice, due to bad luck, I walked in as someone was getting killed! Lol.

"Hey! Ladies! That was fun!"

Just out of curiosity GreenArrow, which effects did you feel were a let down? I thoroughly enjoyed them all myself and would be interested to hear what you thought of them specifically.

the ideas behind the killing scenes are some of the most original ideas ever. i maybe never have been as impressed with kill scene ideas in a film ever. and they aren't just one note, they are complex ideas, that keep going. unbelievable creativity in the kill scenes.
