DVD and Blu Ray are being released soon with extensive behind the scenes features. He'll make good earnings from that.

That is probably going to happen.

This only proves one thing; people will watch ANYTHING, as long as it's on TV, a monitor or a 'silver screen'.

It was a long hype and forgettable end product.

Honestly, all the updates on the movie were bigger than the end product itself. From James first confirming he had written a script for an AVGN movie til the final update before the film launched. It was a hell of a journey. Boy was I let down. Still love James, but this could've been so much better.

I was careful not to watch all those site updates about the movie.

As for the movie itself, I was pleasantly surprised. Sure it was cheap looking, but it was far more competently made than I initially imagined.

However, it lacks the tightness of his online videos. Especially masterpieces like ROB the Robot, Friday the 13/A Nightmare on Elm Street, Ghodtbusters, Plumbers Don't Wear Ties and especially Dream Phone.

It took so damn long for the movie to be made and released that a lot of the hype just fizzled out.
