this is the title of my post

I'm a fan of found footage / home movie style films so I liked the first 3 films in this series. My problem with the 4th one is that there were way too many moments where a real person would have put down the damn laptop. Also, there are times where Alex is filming but there is no way she is carrying her laptop. If it's an iphone or something then there is no way she is pointing it in the direction she is facing at all times like at the end. I can understand the earlier films in this regard. Micha is a douchebag with a camera fettish. The family in the 2nd movie had security cameras. The 3rd movie was in the 80's when you were supercool if you had a video camera, let alone more than one. But in this one, it just didn't make sense half the time. Also, it wasn't scary. I still enjoyed the plot and the Where's Waldo aspect of many of the scenes, but I wanted to be creeped out and gripped by suspense. None of that happened. Oh well. I hope the next one is scary again.
