Michael's speech to Devin.

So, if you pick the third ending, and you get to send Devin off to meet his maker, Michael first makes a speech to him about two great evils that "bedevil American capitalism." You know, the outsourcing and offshoring. Viewers might think he was referring to Merryweather when he talked about paying a private company to do his dirty work, and then underpaying them, but I think he meant himself, Franklin and Trevor. Devin had them steal cars for him, and then he ripped them off just because he felt he could. And "offshoring", I believe Michael was referring to what Devin tried to do to Solomon: steal his film and put it off-shore so he could get his insurance pay out.

This website has a good article about that speech in particular.
