Did you even watch the movie? If you did, I don't see how you could say the kids were making the adults miserable! The kids were victims of the town's authorities who preyed on them sexually! Those kids were victims of a sex trafficking ring which the police chief appeared to be in charge of, in addition to the drug ring he was in on with Mitchem!
