It seems that the laptop is in what looks like a large closet or dressing area, which wouldn't really require a laptop.
What bothered me about the laptops though was that they don't have any login passwords or anything.
Of course criminals etc. wouldn't have any sensitive information on their computers...why would thy need any security on their laptops...
