.......Is way....WAAAAAAY hotter than her daughter......nothing to do with her scarring......her mom is just a very, very good looking older woman.........the daughter.......mehhhhh....I just don't see what you all are raving about.......yeah, the scarring ain't a big deal, really, it's hardly anything...it just that she's just not that hot,,,,,shes pretty, no doubt, but she is nothing to write home about.....

You are right, she exuded senuality and passion. Her daughter, not so much. Have to check out her body of work.

Well, her mother was played by the incredibly sexy Isabelle Huppert, and not many can compare with her, even at age 60.

I agree. She was pushing her daughter because she knew what she was missing out on.

I think that is how they were supposed to be portrayed in the movie. The daughter being scarred for life would feel a little insecure about her looks.
