A trailer worthy of an Oscar
..but you might want to skip the movie.
Many have written how the trailer misrepresents the movie, so did anyone not see the movie before the trailer, and if so do you agree after watching the trailer?

If I had a dollar for every movie trailer I saw that turned out to be better than the actual movie, I'd start buying overpriced movie theater concession food again (movie theater popcorn free since 1983). That said, I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. I could see where the director was going, or at least trying to go. I just wish he had had more freedom to go there.
I think this was a case of bait and switch, but what I saw I enjoyed.
It def misrepresented the film. The trailer makes it look like Alphonse had also abused Beatrice and was the reason for her scars. If that was the actual film it would've worked instead of her getting Victor to go after another guy who we never knew anything about or really saw except in long shots.
shareTrailer was garbage. Movie was ok. The first 10-15 minutes of the movie asked a lot of questions. The rest of the movie answered those and raised more, slowly revealing everything there was to know to the audience, including a few twists and turns. It could have been better, but it could have been a lot worse too.
shareOh my God yeah, the trailer looks awesome and the story it tolds too, too bad that the movie is a whole other thing.
