It is. I have no idea why Marvel is stealing plots now.

Uh, the Thunderbolts have existed in comics since before the MCU existed. And at one point Norman Osborn lead the team.

Yes it's pretty much the same set-up. *shrugs* Sometimes comics just borrow crap from one another.

Looks like it. If they are going to do a Thunderbolts story I want to see the original Thunderbolts, villains playing as heroes. Although I doubt they could contain that in the limited time a movie has.
