Ricky already worked with Ryan on Glee, it would be nice to have him for 1 episode. Plus, he would be playing himself as Brian's Ex!

Anyway, it's just wishful thinking hehe

It could happen. He would be great as the Mr Shuester character on Sing.

Because when Ryan met Rocky (flashback on Feb 26th episode), Rocky mentioned how Ryan was secretly dating Ricky Martin. Maybe not so much as an ex-boyfriend, but as a part fling. So if Ricky does appear, it would make sense for him to play a version of himself. It doesn't matter if Matt Bomer played Ryan's ex, some people have several ex's.
