I watched the Christmas episode and I didn't hear them mention Jake once. What happened to Jake and Gabi? It was a huge thing in the finale then they just happened to forget about it in this episode.

that episode is the special episode that is not related to regular episodes. that is like the alternative time line in the parallel world. so jake and gabi dont know each other in that world.

I was wondering that, too. But I guess the above poster is right. Nothing would make sense otherwise.

The Christmas episode was cute, but I think it would've been better if they connected it to the actual storyline.
