I know Yolanda has mentioned going to church a few times, then in the theater episode said she would go to church if they served alcohol. Not really a plot hole, I guess.

Who cares for plotholes in a comedy sitcom the storylines never follow up on one another it whould just be watched for the laughs.

These are, at most, continuity errors, not plot holes. In sitcoms continuity is always less important than making jokes.
