Could the actors be any worse? I (kinda) like their storyline, but their delivery is worse than some community theatre I've seen. And I've seen a lot of bad community theatre. I feel like they're reading cue cards that also include stage direction. "Elliot walks three steps. Stops. Adjusts flowers and says 'blah, blah, blah'"
Horrendous.

Agreed. I find Alan a little more entertaining when he's with anyone but Elliott, but that's still only a slight improvement...

It's light, campy humor and the actors do great jobs filling the parts. Don't take it so seriously. It's exaggerated on purpose
