My girly estrogen induced romantic side can barely handle the last episode of season 1 and the first episode of season 2. Cooper with the book, and Josh on the balcony and then Josh handing her the blanket saying it gets cold in China...My heart! I feel like a teenage girl watching this show lol (I hate to admit it but I'm 27. My romantic side never died.)
As of the first episode of season 2, this show is cute. Definitely not your typical sitcom. I don't even remember getting excited about the drama in Friends.

It's a cute show. And you're right, early on it's a bit like an '80s teen romance movie. It's fun entertainment for our girly estrogen induced romantic side. Like you I never outgrew my romantic side.

Unfortunately in the later seasons the back and forth with Gabby and Josh gets old. You start looking forward to and enjoying the episodes that have little and nothing to do with Gabby and Josh's relationship.

I still enjoy it's light hearted fun. It's easy entertainment that you don't have to think about.
