Can anyone fill in the blanks about what special features have been released

USA bluray- 13 minute Kylie interview, 45 minute making of
USA DVD -?
Canadian bluray-?
Canadian dvd- no special features
UK bluray -?
UK dvd-?

I got the DVD from Netflix USA and all it had were the domestic and international trailers for the film, although it's possible this is a "rental version only" set of features.
