My friend, some Russian names are indeed very ambiguous in their pronunciation, due to Russian phonetics being sometimes a bit weird. Takes a few months to get russian pronunciation right when you start studying the language.
But this one is not abiguous, there is no problem in pronouncing it exactly as written. Golubeva, not Golubova or Golubyeva. The "u" is not pronouced "you" as in English, but "ou" as in French. Note that the value of the vowels is a wee bit different in Russian compared to English, but this matters only if you want to sound like a real Russian.
