Is this a slasher ?

I've been curious about this show. Some have called it cops crime show while others have said its a slasher show, what would you describe this show as and I'd it worth the watch? Please no spoilers

I'd say a mixture of both, although I think it was intended as a straight-up cop show.

It's not a slasher in the traditional sense of a mysterious killer offing people one by one. We know the killers.

It's more of a crime thriller with slasher elements. Someone normally dies in every episode and it's quite bloody at times. It's a little far-fetched at times but fun all the same.
