I just finished the series, and while the stabbings seemed to decrease in season three, I still can't think of another show that featured so many people getting knifed. Even vampire shows don't seem to have as much stabbing. Does any other show even come close?
shareYou are so right. I don't mind person getting shot on tv, but stabbings make me feel super uncomfortable, this is why I started hating this show when it was on air. The depiction of constant explicit murder scenes was disturbing.

I dont know about all of TV history, but its definitely the most violent show I've ever seen on public television. Normally you have to go to FX or HBO or Showtime to get this much blood.
Am very surprised its only TV-14. I understand they want to appeal to a wider audience, but if this were a movie I promise it would be rated R.
