Maybe buying this in 4k and watching it on my 55 inch 4k Samsung television is why I liked this movie so much but I was suprised with all the poor ratings. The acting, visuals and stuntwork were great! I liked the drama in between the characters and learning about the ozaki 8.

I thought it was ok .
I was drawn into the plot pretty quickly and I like the bad guys before i got to know them, which helped
by the middle of the movie Id gone off them
They all looked alike . The philosophy they were spouting didnt add up, and they were prepared to kill people they didnt have to, unlike in the original
On the plus side there was lots of great scenery ,lots of great stunts , great locations.
It had all the ingredients for a great film , but the script let it down i feel

I have a 4k Tv, as well, and the only thing I could enjoy, were the cinematography because everything else sucked!!
Only 11 on Rotten Tomatoes? That's ridiculous. I agree it's underrated.
