I don't understand how Jude was able to remain her psychiatrist while she was in the hospital? And no on staff psych doc to consult with. That was the very unrealistic part for me... sort of turned me off of it a bit. I'm on the fence whether I really liked it a lot. Enjoyed it but was sort of cliche' as well
shareI agree with you specially because his care for her was questioned, wether he gave her too much drugs or if he should have addmited her on a hospital following her suicidal attempt...he was questioned for malpractice and suddenly he was there treating her...
This raise my suspicions about Emily's innocence as well because if I killed my husband over side effects of a prescribed drug by a doctor...I would want to be far away from him!
Right, all the psychiatrist stuff did not make sense at all. As soon as the accident happened, he wouldn't be her psychiatrist anymore. He also wouldn't have been her expert at the trial but a simple witness.
shareThis bugged me as well, but according to the facts he didn't stand trial to my knowledge and he took the defense's side until he started getting suspicious about Em, which still enabled him to be her onsite shrink ?
