Again, another horror movie with nothing scary to offer, but loads of sudden loud noises to startle me. Hollywood, again I suggest that If you want to scare me, come up with some scary scenery, plot, etc. Stop with the sudden loud noises. They are irritating, not scary.
sharebut The Pact offered so much more than cheap thrill scares. An interesting supernatural murder mystery which unwrapped nicely with finally a twist which was a lot more believable than other films of this type.
sharei rolled my eyes at the 'medium' girl and the ouija board(floor). people who buy into this 'seance' stuff are morons. the rest was alright. but i agree, not much atmosphere, more like predictable 'boo!' scares. you always know exactly when something is about to suddenly appear along with a loud noise.
