Seemed like it was a dream to me, in which case it doesn't matter that Judas is dead. We zoom in on Annie's eye as she's sleeping before going back to the house with the sound of her breathing in her sleep the whole time, suggesting we are inside her dream. At least that's the interpretation I had.

That said there was focus placed on what Judas's eyes look like after she shot him and I wasn't sure the one in the house looked the same. Didn't go back and check.

It was a dream. There is a close up of her eye, showing REM movement. In her dream, the house is cleared out, but her uncle remains. After what she went through, it's not surprising that he would invade her dreams for some time. Especially since not a lot of time passed between the climax and the end, or her bandage would be gone and a scar would be showing.

I assumed it was Judas' ghost waking up ready to start killing supernaturally Jason Vorhees style.

But the other posters assertions are just as plausible.
