New title: hacked

as in hacked together in the cutting room. two problems. 1. the gun. the gun didn't fire because no round was chambered. so why did then fire later? 2. we are led to believe that electronics can pick up ghosts. remember the hand? and when the sheriff is in the closet, and the camera is on the floor, the camera sees the man go by, when he is not visible in the background. SO HE IS A GHOST. how then it's he killed by a gun with no bullet?

it's odd that his eyes didn't shrivel like the sheriff. probably a sad link to a sequel....he's not dead...or he is a demon, or whatever

The inconsistency with Judas being a real man or a ghost is a bit bothersome, I must admit. I can't help but feel that the director added the scene with him passing by the camera just as a red herring. Going by that, the story makes sense: Girl kills human Judas with gun, female ghost is freed, Judas comes back in ghost form or girl is just dreaming. Makes sense. As for the whole gun thing, there were bullets since our heroine missed firing Judas the first time when she gets knocked out. Apart from that, the film is really well made.

No, the clip had rounds, but the chamber was empty. hence the click at get first attempt. then, she fires the gun, without pulling the slide. impossible

If I had a dollar for every movie I've seen where the filmmakers apparently had no clue how firearms function, I'd be a moderately wealthy man.

yeah, good point. can't focus on that. it's just like the many physical laws that directors break with impunity. still bothers me though.
