The music at Stevie's house?

I enjoyed this movie.
I particularly liked the scene where the heroine goes to find the psychic Stevie. That scene is like a visit to another planet within the film... a different reality. The heavy industrial music blaring in that house sets up a lot of that atmosphere.
What is that music? Who is playing? I've looked on the soundtrack and in the credits but nothing listed is anything like that.
Does anyone know?

Not as jarring as the upbeat music during the credits; it totally destroyed the atmosphere of the movie.

I loved the blooper reel at the end of Silent Hill (the game) because it cut the massive tension and terrorizing tone of the game, but that just didn’t work with this movie.
