I really don't understand why only a 5.7 rating

I just watched this movie and I liked it quite a bit. Good acting and directing. Good character development and character interaction. An intriguing story that kept my eyes glues and my head curious the whole time. And enough scares to keep me a bit on edge, tho I wouldn't call this a horror movie, but more of a suspense thriller. And the ending was very acceptable considering the rest of the movie's lead up to it. The only thing I didn't like was the very ending before the credits, I believe the movie could have gone without that. But overall, a very enjoyable film, I recommend it to anybody looking to watch a suspenseful thriller / ghost story type...7/10.
